One could find me there everymorning at 7:00 AM the entire 2000-2001 school year. The pictures brought back memories. I was looking up Espresso Roma because I now live just outside of Boulder, CO and wanted to find out where the Boulder location was. It isn't in any of the phone books. I'm guessing that it is no longer. I used to frequent the Davis, CA location but during my last trip there, I discovered thta it is now a toy store. I have also visited Santa Barbara location. I especially enjoyed the "homework" about the UCLA location. It had the best coffee on campus. Unfortunately it also had the worse management. The people were the most unfriendly bunch of service personnel I have ever encountered (except one guy). As I recall, the people at teh Davis location wern't all that friendly either. Its no wonder that they have gone under. An example of the UCLA location; Ihad noticed for quite some time that there were two mugs sitting up on the shelf and the price said $1.95. I asked the barista if I could buy one. He said no because he hadn't ever sold one before. I could see on the cash register that there was a key for it but he syill woudn't sell one. I bought one form a stundent worker after his shift was over. A week or two later they got a whole shipment in, which you finnished off. I doubt that they got more in or are smart enogh to raise the price. Thanks for the website, Davis J. Gollata
